50th Anniversary Open House Weekend

Friday, May 15 – Phil House & Kathy Haley Concert Kick off the celebration with an evening of music at the All Souls Chapel. Doors open at 6:30PM, show starts at 7:00PM. Help us launch this milestone anniversary with two of our longest-performing and most beloved musicians. This special concert sets the tone for a memorable weekend filled with history, community and celebration. Saturday, May 16- Open House & 50th Anniversary Celebration Spend the day exploring our museums and taking part in a meaningful anniversary tribute. Museum Hours: 9:00AM – 4:00PM 50th Anniversary Ceremony – 1:30PM Join us for a special ceremony at the Maine State Building honoring five decades of the Poland Spring Preservation Society. This commemorative event will include: We invite past and present board members, volunteers, staff, and supporters to gather for this momentous occasion. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy: cake and champagne reception, a time to connect, reminisce, and celebrate the community that has made this milestone possible. Sunday, May 17 – Church Service in the All Souls Chapel Join us for a special non-denominational church service on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 10:00AM at the All Souls Chapel. Led by the Mossbrook Church of South Paris, this meaningful gathering marks the first public service held at the Chapel in over 30 years. All are welcome to attend. Built in 1912 as a non-denominational place of worship for guests and staff of the Poland Spring Resort, the All Souls Chapel is a beautiful example of architecture, constructed of Maine granite and oak. The Chapel features stunning hand-painted windows and a historic pipe organ, and has been lovingly preserved by the Poland Spring Preservation Society.  

Poland Spring Bottle & Memorabilia Show & Sale

A brand-new event featuring antique bottles, historic advertising, ephemera, and collective memorabilia tied to Poland Spring and Maine. Bottle collectors, antique dealers, and enthusiasts from across New England will enjoy a full weekend of events, all held at Poland Spring Preservation Park, home of Poland Spring Resort and Poland Spring Preservation Society, with educational presentations, guest speakers and a chance to see rare pieces of history. Spend the weekend exploring, collecting, and celebrating the rich history of Poland Spring. Visit our historic museums all weekend long, catch a presentation by one of our guest speakers on Friday and Saturday, and get tickets to the special event Saturday evening. The Inagural Bottle & Memorabilia Show & Sale will be held at the Poland Spring Water Museum (115 Preservation Way, Poland Spring Maine 04274) on Sunday, June 14th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with an Early Bird Ticket at 8 a.m. Collectors Weekend Information: Friday June 12th at 5pm, “From 1794- today, 230+ Years of Poland Spring Resort History” Maine Inn Dining Room (22 Robbins Way, Poland Spring) Join Cyndi Robbins, celebrating 55 years as Innkeeper of Poland Spring Resort, and Vice President of the Poland Spring Preservation Society, offering insight into the storied past of the resort and its enduring legacy. Saturday June 13th at 11AM “The Art of Bottle Digging and Diving” (All Souls Chapel 37 Preservation Way Poland Spring). Join Justin Petelle, the Maine Bottle Hunter for a hands-on presentation exploring the art of digging and diving for antique bottles- where to look, how to uncover them, and how to bring them back to life. Saturday 1:30-3:30 Identify Your Poland Spring Bottles & Memorabilia. (Maine State Building 37 Preservation Way Poland Spring). Not sure what you have? Bring your bottles and let knowledgeable collectors help identify and share information about your pieces. Saturday 4:00-6:00PM “Poland Spring Collector’s Soiree” (Maine State Building 37 Preservation Way Poland Spring). Join us for a curated experience featuring a presentation of historic Poland Spring Bottles by Laura Brown, Director of Operations, alongside the special unveiling of a commemorative decanter to be given away exclusively to attendees. Guests will also enjoy a reception with wine and cheese, making this a sophisticated finale to a day of collecting and discovery.  This is a ticketed event, please click here to purchase tickets. Whether you’re a long-time collector or simply curious, this is a wonderful opportunity to explore unique pieces of history and maybe even find something to add to your collection. Make It a Weekend Guests are encouraged to make the most of the experience by staying onsite at the historic Poland Spring Resort. Attendees who mention the Bottle Show when booking will receive a 10% discount on accommodations, making it easy to enjoy the full weekend of activities. In between events, please visit Mel’s Hilltop Restaurant on site for lunch or dinner. Bottle Show & Sale Participants can rent a table for $30. to display or sell their bottles and memorabilia. Space is limited, so reserve early, if you’d like to take part as an exhibitor. Visitors are welcome to browse and enjoy the displays! Concert Series

Join us on Monday evenings from June 22nd – August 31st 2026 as we continue our longstanding tradition of hosting local entertainment for our community to enjoy. Our concerts are held outdoors at the Poland Spring Resort Gazebo, (22 Robbins Way, Poland Spring Maine). The concerts begin at 6:30PM. Pay your $5 admission when you arrive to the concert, no advanced tickets are required. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy the concert outside. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase inside the Maine Inn. In case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved inside to the Maine Inn. Friendly pets on a leash are permitted to attend the outdoor concerts.   The perfect family fun summer outing! 2026 Sunset Concert Series Lineup For 2026, most concerts are $5.00 per person, unless otherwise noted. This provides funds for the Poland Spring Preservation Society to protect and restore the Maine State Building and All Souls Chapel. Heritage Day

September 26, 2026 The 17th Annual Poland Heritage Day will be held Saturday September 26th 2026 on the grounds of the historic Poland Spring Resort and Preservation Park. Our partnership with the Town of Poland and community organizations continues to be a tradition we are proud to honor, making this truly a community wide event. NO GATE FEE – Many activities FREE! Proceeds benefit local charities and the Poland Spring Preservation Society. We are looking for Vendors and Organizations to showcase and sell their products! Fenn Ross Golf Tournament

The Maine Heritage Scramble is played on the beautiful and challenging Poland Spring Golf Course, with views of the White Mountains and bordering lakes. Optional period attire, plentiful food, longest drive contests, and bagpipe music add to the experience. We believe Arthur Fenn and Donald Ross, Poland Spring’s golf course architects, would approve. As in the past, this year’s tournament proceeds will be used for the preservation of the Maine State Building and the All Souls Chapel. Because of the generosity of the Poland Spring Resort providing the golf course, and carts for no cost, we are able to put more than 70% of the money raised directly into our buildings and programs!
