The All Souls Chapel receives a Preservation Grant
The Maine Historic Preservation Commission announced that the All Souls Chapel received a $5,000 matching grant for a pre-development report of drawings and architectural plans and specifications for the rehabilitation of the slate roof at the All Souls Chapel in Poland Spring. The All Souls Chapel Restoration is a multi-year project for the Poland Spring Preservation Society (PSPS) with over $4,000 needed in repairs. The All Souls Chapel opened in 1912 as an interdenominational place of worship for use by Catholics and Protestants.
